It is good to see two professionals on board with us. William recently has been successful with getting an annulment in one of his marriage fraud cases. And John I understand has the inside knowlege of the workings of ICE and the CIS. I look forward to their contributions of telling us how it is.
Welcome! I spoke at length with John earlier today. I am excited about what he brings to the board, and I wish him well in his new consulting business!

I too am curious as to how much help this duo can provide. Between 2 immigration lawyers, 3 family law lawyers and too many court days to count, I am almost homeless from my ordeal. If they prove to be as good as you all think that they may, maybe I could once again have hope for a future.
My ex is a gay columbian nationalist in a long term relationship with a NY lawyer (an ex ADA). Because he claimed (mental) abuse against me immigration has closed their iron doors to me. I have court documents that by this time, probably could have saved an entire tree. No one of power will acknowledge them. The marriage lasted less than 6 month and the interview didn't even take place. Not even the various judges cared enough to report this man, under oath he made clear that the marriage was a sham.
I feel so hopeless that if I could even see a glimmer of hope to escape this night mare, that would be amazing. Before my ordeal, I would never believe that people could be so cruel and that our country could be so corrupt.
We are all looking for hope. Everything starts small. A year ago there was no support for people in our situations. Now, we have a website and a forum. We have attracted the attention of someone like Mr. Sampson. We have had small successes in our Congressional lobbying efforts. Hopefully, in 2009, we can build on what we have started!
