Can anyone recommend how I may find an aggressive immigration attorney?

Hi Blind_struck,

I don't know of a way other than interviewing immigration lawyers in your area. I'm sure it wouldn't cost anything to call a few names from the phone book and just ask them questions, tell them what you hope to gain from their service, and then judge their responses and attitude. Ask them point blank how agressive they are, and if they could recommend someone that is known for being agressive.

You could also post your location and maybe there is someone on the forum that is nearby.

Good luck!

Try http://www.yorkimmigrationlaw.com/ and ask for attorney Michael York. Also a Mr. Dean Hove who works with Michael is an expert witness in regard to this fraud as he is a retired INS District Director of Minnesota and North and South Dakota. As a INS District Director he seen all the cheating that was going on with these abuse petitions and was appalled by it. Michael is a criminal defense attorney as well as an immigration attorney. He can (and has) act as an advisor to another attorney in a different State in crafting a good defense using the immigration motive as the REAL reason why all this happened. He plus Mr. Hove are a good team in presenting a real case.

Good luck!

Maxx
