I spent the whole night awake, suffering from Visual Images and Flash-backs followed by stress and pain. Chest pain, pain in my stomach and muscle pain.

I forgive her. I definitely want to forgive her. I know now she is a very sick person. Her first husband was beating on her for 17 years. I was told that she would be so sick and unable to love any man until she gets treatment for a long, long time. I was also told that until she is healed she would continue to abuse men and hurt them.

I was helping this women so much. After her divorce I offered her my house. She and her 3 sons lived in my house for three years. I helped her with so many things: house, car, driver’s license, doctors, surgeries, money.

She told me she wanted to be my wife. I agreed to marry her so she can be legal in this country. I was then that trouble started.

There is a law in this country called Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Under this law a woman can simply claim that she is a domestic violence victim and she gets all the help she needs: Housing, Legal, Psychological, Medical, Employment and Immigration papers to stay in this country…

She contacted a VAWA agent and claimed there was verbal violence. After being in the shelter for a couple of weeks she signed a petition for a Temporary Protective Order that was full of lies.

So although the judge dismissed all the accusations and even granted me the divorce right then and there, I got very, very sick.

I now suffer from PTSD. I was helping a very sick woman and now I am very very sick.
